1. Booking
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our staff.
2. Payment
Payment is due at check-in. We accept cash, UPI, Paytm, and all major cards. No advance payment required.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations before 12:00 PM on check-in day incur no charge. No-shows may be charged one night's rent.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 12:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out beyond 1:00 PM charged at 50%.
5. ID Proof
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in as per Indian law.
